I just got a can that is 473 mL. Can they really not just put 16oz on the 16oz can or make it a half liter if they want to do metric?

I figured it was because the cans were made in America. They could still print the REAL size though

I'd imagine any beverage that's not advertised as imported needs to be sized in metric units.
