.@Rogers Very likely a modem issue but I can't isolate that since you have some archaic policy where I can't use my own hardware.

is teksavvy not available where you are? Uses rogers' infra but lets you use whatever hardware (and generally cheaper).

Didnt have the speeds we wanted and were more expensive. Will likely switch soon though.
