@sgrif too bad it’s unstable… do you have a “rust 1.10” (or 1.11?) milestone for refactoring code with then-stable stuff? :D

@killercup If I felt like the double hash index would be a major perf concern, I would put in two impls.

@sgrif makes sense. I would be surprised to see the indexing have much performance impact, though, too
