Real talk: being legally barred from OSS contribution is kinda amazing! I can do all the things I enjoy without constant guilt!

It's a really crushing responsibility without any concrete roles or work-home separation. You just feel like you should do all you can.
@Gankro On the flip side, paid OSS accomplishes the same. No pressure to do your job outside of work hours, because it's your job
