@_bikeshed (to 41) Maybe includes should lazy eager load. 
It loads all included objects together, but only if you trigger the first.

@sgrif@_bikeshed I'm also not sure if it's worth the complications. Like your goal of cleaning AR up beyond what I thought was possible. -
