@erniemiller I.e., not all tech (or "soft") talks are created equal. I liked giving a technical talk this year bc it forced me to learn...

@somanyhs For sure. I think we owe a lot to boot camps for bringing people into the fold who thought this stuff was "too hard"

@erniemiller Yeah. I'm very curious what conferences are typically like in places/communities that don't have alternative training grounds.
