I should just compile a big list of "pls explain this" for JS. Currently: why is `new` a keyword instead of a function?

@josh_cheek Also, what do parens do? eg `function(){}` vs `(function(){})`, I thought they make it an expr like C, but experiment disagrees.

@sgrif In C, you would use it like `({1;2;})` but that is not valid in JS. -
@josh_cheek Right, doesn't work with things that weren't already expressions.
