@sgrif @rafaelfranca It will be faster. Why do Rails guys always as for benchmarks? What about "Hey cool, 68% less code, nice work, Nick."

@apotonick @rafaelfranca Which is great, but if there's a performance regression I doubt it'll mean much to our users.

@sgrif @rafaelfranca BTW, the "fear of performance regression" is one reason why Rails is still stuck in the stone-age, architecture-wise.

@apotonick Yes, asking for a benchmark when touching performance critical code is crippling our rate of progress.

@sgrif I know what you mean, bro. However, Erbse will be Cells 4 standard ERB, so it has to be fast. BTW I simply copied most of the code!

@apotonick I believe you, you just said in the README that you're looking to have this be part of Rails 5, so we'd need a benchmark.
