The fact that Rails “solves” problems with “solutions” like HashWithIndiffierentAccess should give you some hints why I’m done with it

@_solnic_ it's a horrible work-around for a problem created by Rails' inability to use a consistent type for hash keys.

@cjno @_solnic_ Actually it's for app code only, we never use it internally.

@_solnic_ Pretty major breaking change. Need a better reason than disliking it (which I do as well but apps depend on it)

@sgrif I'd say strong params make it obsolete, right?

@_solnic_ More public APIs use it than Ac::Parameters. Even if that were the only place, hash access is still supported there.

@_solnic_ Best case we could deprecate in 5.0, but there's not a good justification for such a painful change for end users.
