We have tons of people making tons of money off of core Ruby, but very few companies that give back significantly.

@robbyrussell @timocratic there is _maybe_ one person paid to work on rails. There are... Five? People paid to work on Ruby.

@pvh @robbyrussell @timocratic heroku employs three Ruby core, yes. I'm not aware of anyone being paid to commit to rails.
