Why is everyone using angularjs these days?

@sgrif yeah, I'm currently working on an app that's migrating away from angularjs, it's indeed a hard transition.
@cantoniodasilva Equally hard from plain JS to Angular after the fact when you know you need a framework. And we always guess wrong. :(

@sgrif starting simple, rather than pulling in complexity from the beginning. Unless you're sure you'll need it, but again, it's a guess. -

@sgrif yeah, guessing is never easy, but I do believe that going from plain to a framework is easier than the other way around in this case. -
@cantoniodasilva I think it depends on how the app was structured pre-framework. If it was already doing things close to SPA style, then yes
