@garybernhardt I don't see how removing state removes polymorphism (or makes it superfluous)

@sgrif@garybernhardt sure, but it's the thing that's essential to OO, and making all objects immutable does not seem to remove it
@cdlm I'm not sure what you're arguing here. Polymorphism and OO are two independent concepts.

@sgrif by polymorphism I mean the decoupling of message send from method invocation. 1 message can result in ≠ methods depending on receiver -
