How is it that there's no way for me to tell Safari to load pages in the background in iOS7? Are there any browsers which support this?

@joshuaclayton Every browser on iOS is actually Safari. No way around it without breaking the TOS.

@sgrif I'd love an app which detects a wireless cxn, takes my twitter creds and downloads every link/picture/video and caches for later -
