Why in 2013 can I still not actually model relationships in my relational database modeling system? (FK constraints are not relationships)

@sgrif right. I bet a function could return an array.
@djcp Probably. I wonder if it could be set up to still be able to use WHERE over HAVING, and/or create indexes based on the results
