Why in 2013 can I still not actually model relationships in my relational database modeling system? (FK constraints are not relationships)

@djcp It steps away from what we're really asking for, though. I shouldn't need to SELECT * FROM FooWithBarView to get foo with bar.

@djcp Fair point. I suppose I need to familiarize myself more outside of the MySQL, Postgres, Oracle trio.
