Not sure where you’re at in the food poisoning curve but there are some anti nausea meds that dissolve under your younger that make the whole thing not-a-living-hell. Ooh thanks for the tip. Right now I'm more in the "everything just hurts" phase but I will look into getting that just in case

It’s definitely good to have around if you need it. It also helps keep fluids down earlier meaning the whole process doesn’t last quite so long (IMHO).
