isn't the whole point of llvm `freeze` that `freeze(undef) | !0` is !0
so far Yes, and once you introduce freeze you no longer have UB when reading from it so the whole problem is moot

i just think it'd be neat to be able to freeze individual bits, or define undef to still obey boolean ring operations. "define undefined". good one
