Yeah, it is a valid pointer, but I don't see what optimization you're referring to.
Replacing `CALL x` with `RST 0` where 0 contains `JP x` for your most used value of x

I don't see how this can be meaningfully UB in any language. You're not writing to NULL, reading to NULL, or calling a NULL function pointer.
