I don't think z80 had any specialized call instructions like that. I think they'd include a mul instruction before they included that

IIRC "RST 0" is the actual "reset vector" so that'd be like a soft reset but I think that still leaves you with 7 one-byte call instructions you can use for various shenanigans can effectively turn them into a custom instructions :P
