So many Texas plates in NM lately. And nobody getting out of a car with one has been wearing a mask (which is legally required in NM)

I'm sorry for my state. People think that "it's a free country" means they're free to breathe germs all over everyone in their vicinity. Thankfully people in Austin seem to care more about the people around them than our governor does. -
