Barber shops/salons are actually one of the higher risk places for folks to be going. Long periods of exposure in close proximity, typically with a lot of talking. Any amount of re-opening increases risk, and shouldn't happen without sufficient benchmarks on spread & testing

Yeah all I'm saying is I think it was a bad decision, which I think we agree on. It hits harder since it puts NM at risk (and all our focus is on places near the CO and TX border right now since we've seen increases in cases as those states reopen)

CO has performed nearly the same number of tests as NM, who is short of our testing benchmarks, which IMO are too low to begin with. Daily testing is lower than NM. Your numbers should be at least 3x ours.
