People in New York City are getting coronavirus just sittng and self-isolating at home. 66% of hospital admissions fit that profile. Meanwhile, Japan seems to be turning the corner with very little intervention. There's actually strong evidence to support this. Los Alamos found that some time in late February to early March a much more contagious strain become the most prominent, likely originating from Europe and reaching NY from there.
