      They're exempt in NM as well. The only reasonable explanation I've been able to come up with for here is that the governor doesn't have the power to shut them down. I suspect the same would be true in TX

      could be, but I would like to see that statute. I'm not really willing to give our governor the benefit of the doubt on this one.

      Absolutely. It's ridiculous that churches are allowed to be open right now. Any that have Easter service are going to kill people.
