Fun fact: If you submit to RustConf right now I have a ton of time to review your proposal and give feedback! Less fun fact: Roughly 90% of proposals come in on the last day. If you submit with that wave, I will be very grumpy while I review your proposal.

If we’ve already submitted a proposal, is there a rough sense on when we might receive feedback? Not trying to push, just trying to get an idea.

Not every talk is going to get a public comment, so you may not hear back until we start making acceptance decisions a few weeks after the CFP closes. Of course if your proposal shows promise but needs some work, you may receive a comment before that.

Unless it's specifically relevant to the talk, yes please avoid providing that information in your proposal
