getting very jarring reaction to them setting it in what reads as an american wealthy community but set in england

Ah see I just kind of guessed this was just "wealthy suburbia england" and not at all American, cause that place is too pretty to be suburbia.

it's weird because the setting is obviously extremely wealthy but the aesthetics don't match that environment for the uk and they read more like the o.c. to me
