maybe having business being contingent on a tiny set of people flying everywhere to do something they could easily have done via skype is a huge structural failure but what do I know I've never been on dragons den

you joke but this is where I fly from most often, it is... unpleasant
I flew Ryanair there once because the cheapest BA flight was like £200 more. Unpleasant is definitely the word I'd use as well
