For context, I do want to try to do as much of my development as possible in Windows-land, but I work on at least one app that for sure requires Unix, and am going to default to WSL for a while to help with the transition, at least until I can figure out my dotfiles in powershell

Right, but I want this to go to the system clipboard (getting an x server which forwards to the system clipboard is on my todo list) Also why does the GUI system handle the clipboard in Linux that's insane
