I have an idea how it would be possible at the cost of slowing down every other operation

I legitimately think that any trait in `std::ops` returning a concrete type (reference or bool) was a mistake and we should stabilize GAT and IndexMut should have `type MutRef<'a>: DerefMut<Target = Self::Output>`.

Which only works if you expand this to `DerefMut` as well and I don't know how we enforce `DerefMut`'s semantics if you make it use GATs too. (I just want `Option<T> where T: Deref` to `Deref<Target=Option<T::Target>>` ok?)

Split `DerefCoerce` from `Deref` and split `IndexAssign` from `IndexMut` 2020
