I wish we had a better metric to use for things like this (Including what to feature on the summary page). libc, bitflags, and syn are all really important crates but certainly aren't something the average app directly needs, nor are they going to be in playground examples
I'd argue if you're using the top 10 list as a proxy for what should be featured or auto included in the playground, rand, log, and serde are the only ones that actually make sense (lazy_static wouldn't be so high if const fn was 1.0 stable). 30% success rate is pretty poor.
