I stayed at my last job because the mission was utmost important to me. Then things changed. Alas for the worst: more about money and greed, less about the people and the mission.
Hi friends, just a friendly reminder that not everyone has the privilege to leave a job when they disagree with a decision. There are many reasons that folks stay at a job, and it does not mean they agree with what's happening there. Judging folks for doing so is not ok.

That depends on what the decision disagreed with is. If your job facilitates e.g. wars, or if you are e.g. a solider in an illegal war "just following orders", then that does not absolve you of responsibility.
