yeah, maybe GROUP_CONCAT isn't the most exciting thing to put in an exercise anyway also
It's probably a self-explanatory enough function that it doesn't matter. At the end of the day each backend implements its own partially overlapping subset of the SQL standard plus non-standard extensions, so it's hard to write any truly DB independent examples

The fact that many of the non-standard extensions are supported by multiple DBs makes it even more confusing (e.g. I suspect most folks think that `LIMIT` is ISO SQL)
