I'm really excited to see some licenses in this space! Two questions come to mind: - has this been peer reviewed by folks in the legal field? - have y'all considered additional variants based on Apache 2 or another license with patent grants?

Yes, a lawyer says this is enforceable, or yes a lawyer thinks it will scare corporations from using said licensed software ?

Patents are inequality itself... and provide privilege of monopolies to the few buyers... I really hope patents are opted out, it is horrible to think of such exclusion-based mechanism
