Writing macro_rules macros by hand really does give me the "programming is writing weird gibberish"-feel.

I think we got rid of it once 1.15 was stable, but Diesel used to have a macro that would parse struct bodies in `macro_rules!` and took a callback macro as an arg that had to do kv pairs in some known order and everything looked like this
