TIL: you can have multiple impl blocks for a type in @rustlang.
is that an anti pattern?

IMHO an anti pattern if split into two blocks just for the formatting/visual separation. Perfectly valid if it's for a technical reason, such as different bounds on generics etc.

Sure! That would be a technical-isch reason imo. If there is a whole set of methods only available with a certain feature.
