Parts of BC are the best Canada has to offer. Sort of. Each place is different. This is where I don’t feel comfortable going into details in a tweet because people will think I am judging them for not making the same choices and having the same priorities as me.

For me, it mostly came down to my kids, and politics. I can’t afford to live the way I want to live in Canadian places where the education and healthcare systems are good enough. And the “solutions” available to Canadians are things that I am not willing to accept.
