toasts aren't even a thing on other platforms, it's specifically an Android thing (sure, the UI concept exists, but it's only Android that calls it a toast)

Doesn't every game ui framework (eg steamworks) call it that as well? That's certainly the only context where it makes sense

I've never understood why they call it a toast in Android. Like you're not toasting anything. I didn't get an achievement.
