Always business if it's long haul -- I have major health issues if I go more than ~6 hours without laying down. Used to do business domestic when Ruby was free, since with the baby having the extra room was nice. Coach domestic now that she's too old to be a lap baby
Company pays for upgrade vs not is s pointless distinction for me since I can't travel alone and no company will pay for Tess and Ruby's travel

For once a conference is coming up that's close enough to drive so I'll actually have my scooter too! Last time this happened was when a conference happened to be while I was moving to Canada. (I tried flying with my scooter once and the TSA destroyed it)
