      All my serious upcoming RFCs are related to http://crates.io  and cargo (and thus dependent on https://github.com/rust-lang/crates-io-cargo-teams/pull/35 …) -- API definition process, revamped publish (cargo goes direct to S3, no more timeouts if your connection is too slow), API stability for crates
