Not to mention that we can't hook into reborrowing at all. &mut and RefMut should get the same treatment
I just hate that we tied coercion to `Deref` at all. If I can implicitly go `String` -> `&str` I should be able to implicitly go `Option<String>` -> `Option<&str>`

I just hit this case today, except Option<Arc<T>> -> Option<&T>, and as much as I loved .as_ref().map(Deref::deref), I kind of which there was coercion here. :X
