someone else was telling me it might be an app-by-app thing and not a whole OS thing :/
I think that's true as much as it will be on Mac. Consistent for apps using the system UI, but some apps have rolled their own. FWIW of the apps I have open right now (Chrome, Task Manager, Sticky Notes, Steam, Discord, Explorer) only Steam is different
