I'd usually interpret this as a joke but seeing your enthusiasm I'm thinking maybe you just want to share porgs with the world
I literally built exactly this app several years ago for a movie studio. It had a worse idea than this (take a selfie with these characters is way better than what we did) and they're doing some interesting stuff with quad detection to allow drag & drop but no I'm serious
