If you have a porg model I can build you an iPhone app that does this in a day or two (with a way less intuitive ui)

I literally built exactly this app several years ago for a movie studio. It had a worse idea than this (take a selfie with these characters is way better than what we did) and they're doing some interesting stuff with quad detection to allow drag & drop but no I'm serious
