I'm not saying this is inherently bad, but it gives me pause adding a crate which depends on `tokio` to http://crates.io causes +448 to Cargo.lock

A crate with no dependencies has a 4 line `Cargo.lock`. Adding `tokio = "*"` will increase that to 571 lines

We have created a “blazingly fast, thread safe” JavaScript! Tokio seems a pretty hairy package tho... might be worth making the maintainers aware for future consideration.
