ah just finished reading the latest post on the LKML. Linus is apologizing and acknowledges his behavior is wrong. I’m sure the people who justified and enabled his behavior will also see the error of their ways. Time to take a big sip of coffee and check the latest hacker news

It sucks that he was a garbage person for so long, and he’ll have to live with the harm he did. But if he’s genuinely now finally understanding what he’s been doing, what should he say? I hope it’s genuine at least.

Sure, the post seemed genuine -- and good on him for trying to improve. But I worry its too little too late to undo the harm he's done to the systems programming community
