Interesting how price expectations have changed. In 2007, the original iPhone cost $400 and was considered crazy expensive for the time. Now $750 is Apple's "budget" option.

That sort of assumes Apple couldn't have built an $899 iPhone in 2007 though, right? Surely they could have but they had to build one phone first. They serve the same market they served in 2007 while serving bother higher and lower ends as well. All with better phones yr over yr.
