Does anyone know the stabilization status of `#[proc_macro]`? I can't seem to find an answer. It looks like it was slated to be stable in 1.27, but that didn't happen

@steveklabnik said the pr to stabilize was merged the day of rustconf (after either opening or closing keynote iirc?), so I would expect them to not require a flag on nightly and to be in stable whenever that branches, right? -
Hm the only issue that I could find on it had the "stabilize" checkbox unchecked
