Implicits seem to perfectly fill the “simultaneously our greatest asset, and our greatest liability” space. I’m super interested to see how Dotty / scala 3 transition goes. (Rachel is not on the twitters, but I’ll share with her

For all its complexity, it definitely seems like the clearest path to bolting typeclasses onto a Java interop language
