The Middle East is like a puzzle, where all the pieces were made the wrong size and overlap on eachother and don't fit.

Trump may be wrong about his characterization of what Iran is doing, but it's clear from the discussion that the "do what they want" was a throwaway comment, in the context of comments directed against Iran's role.

Watch and decide. Did he mean they can do what they want, i.e the US was saying they could, or was he saying in the context of his claim that Iran was being rolled back, that they can do what they want...but are being pressured to reduce influence?

I finally watched the briefing as he said "Iran can do what they want," and was amazed how it was interpreted in media. I suggest everyone watch it, because obviously he didn't mean he was encouraging them to do what they want, but stating that they, in fact, do

But don't worry Instagram will still let Iranian regime leaders use it...s tragic use of many social media companies is to provide platforms for dictatorships and regimes...while catering to those regimes to crack down on the rights of average people

This is the first hopefully in a series in which we will look at Iran-Damascus flights and also the wider network of Iran’s cargo fleet, some of which seem to “vanish” when on their suspicious flights, using civilian cargo flights as cover

Iran’s Fars Air Qeshm’s 747 made more than 70 flights since September; took a look at the data and we examined the numbers; many suspicious flights to Damascus, Beirut and also to Doha and other destinations for this plane

I saw someone who claimed they had tweeted "more than anyone" in English about some MidEast topic. People who make such ridiculous, arrogant, claims should be dismissed. Clearly for many topics you can't know if you tweeted the most, you might say "I tweet often about ____"
