Can you tell me how much the city paid for the tunnel upgrades? Because you should be getting a big refund back from the contractor and giving that to your riders

@MKuepker. They only reply to tweets that have to do with things that paint them in a good light. They don’t comment on infuriating things that riders have to deal with on a daily basis. They have yet to respond to my question about getting a refund! -
