Dawned on me today that one of the City’s largest providers of supportive and step-up housing for people in recovery is named such that the acronym is a pot joke, and that pretty much says all you need to know about how serious the City is about getting people clean
Along those lines, I feel like the main reason the Homeless Outreach Team was created was because they thought it would be cool to make sweatshirts that said SF HOT. I haven’t seen them actually do anything besides wear those sweatshirts. This city is run by high schoolers.
